By accessing or using Hangout (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hangout is an AI-powered social planning tool that helps users create and share event plans with friends. The Service includes features for generating venue suggestions, creating shareable invite links, and collecting RSVPs.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 hangout plan per month
• Party Pro Plan: $5/month for unlimited plans and additional features

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate venue suggestions and event plans. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that venue availability, hours, and other details should be independently verified before making plans.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hangout and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
